Post workout meal for fat loss:
 
Protein required = Your body weight(kg/pound)divided by 2. This much protein you need for your body according to your weight.
 
Carbs required: Protein divided by 2.
 
For example, A person has a body weight of 100kg. So,
Protein required: 100/2=50gm protein he needs after a workout.
 
Carbs required:50/2=25 carbs he needs.
This is how you calculate your protein and carbs need.
 
What to eat?
 
In Protein: You can take a protein shake, one scoop of protein contains 25gm protein so can take protein but if you don’t want to go for supplements. So you can take:
 Brown Chickpeas, Oats, Green Mung daal(green gram/mung beans), banana.
This is some main source of proteins.
 
Note: Soak chickpeas, Mung daal(green gram/mung beans) in a water a day before.
 
In carbs: to fulfill the requirements of carbs you can eat:
Banana, rice, pasta, sweet potatoes, cheese.

Post workout meal for weight gain:
 
Protein required: Same formula your body weight(kg/pound) divided by 2, the outcome is your protein required.
 
For example, A person has a body weight of 60kg. So,
Protein required: 60/2=30gm protein he needs after a workout.
 
Carbs required: carbs required are the same in ratio as a proteinrequired. The amount of consumption is the same.
As the above example if is weight is 60kg and he needs 30gm of protein than he needs 30 gm of carbs too.
 
What to eat?
 
In protein: You can take a protein shake, one scoop of protein contains 25gm protein so can take protein but if you don’t want to go for supplements. You can go for:
