This diet contains your whole day diet plan which you have to follow it starts from morning breakfast till your bed before the shake. So let’s start.

BREAKFAST:
1 CUP OF OATS+1 GLASS MILK+1 CUP WATER.
3 FULL EGGS
1 BANANA
 
SNACKS-1:
200gm YOGURT
20 ALMONDS
LUNCH:
200gm WHITE RICE
200gm PATATOE
200gm CHICKEN
1 CUP ANY GREEN VEGETABLES
1 APPLE
SNACK:
2 SLICE BROWN BREAD+1Tba spoon PEANUT BUTTER
1 BANANA
DINNER:
150gm RICE
100gm PATATOE
1 CUP  ANY COOKED PULSES( DAAL)
1 CUP CUCUMBER.
SNACKS-3
1.5 scoop PROTEIN + WATER
PRE WORKOUT:
1 BANANA
POST WORKOUT:
LEMON WATER + SALT
1 BANANA
8-10 glass water in a day
Workout 5-6 days a week.
So guys this a diet plan for weight gain. It contains lots of carbs and proteins. This overall diet plan contains 3500-3600 calories in a day. So we will recommend you to follow this diet plan and it will help you, you will result in some weeks. But it is important to follow this diet n a strict manner. It is important to make a proper schedule and a discipline is one the most important thing if you will make your whole day schedule in a disciplined manner it will definitely help you. Take proper diet, proper sleep, drink more water and take your diet on time. Do workout 5-6 days in a week and try to train a single part in a day. And try to focus more on compound exercise, it will help to gain your body size. And don’t ever skip leg days because doing leg workout increases testosterone level in the body, and we all know that testosterone is how important for size gain and development of the body.
