 Upper chest:
 
 
  •    Incline bench press. = 4sets,12 reps
  •    Incline dumbbell press. = 4sets,12 reps
  •    Reverse grip bench press. = 4sets,12 reps·      
  •    Hammergrip incline dumbbell press. = 4sets,12 reps·  
  •    Incline dumbbell fly. = 4sets,12 reps 
   
    You can add any of these exercises in your workout and make changes in exercise in every session of your chest workout. It will help you to develop your upper chest muscles. It is very helpful for those whose upper chest is weak.
 
Middle chest:  
    
 
  •    Push-ups = 4sets,12reps.
  •    Straight barbell bench press. = 4sets,12 reps
  •    Straight dumbbell press. = 4sets,12 reps

To increase your chest sizefocus on this part more. You can add any of these exercises in your workout and make changes in exercises in every session of workout. It will help you to develop your middle chest separation.
 
Lower chest:

  •     Decline barbell bench press. = 4sets,12 reps

  •     Pullover. = 4sets,12 reps
  •     Chest Dips. = 4sets,12 reps

Inner chest:

  •    Cable cross over.= 4sets,12 reps
  •    Close grip incline barbell press.= 4sets,12 reps
  •    Dumbbell squeeze press.= 4sets,12 reps
  •    Butterfly.= 4sets,12 reps

Outer chest:
 
 
  •     Dumbbell Flyes. = 4sets,12 reps
